After my comparison, the screenshot tools of Windows 10 and Windows 11 have the same functions, and the interface is very similar. You can also press Win+S to search for Snipping Tool to use this tool. Its invaluable for getting a quick screenshots of a problem when friends/family are asking for help and for providing them with 'how to' style help.
